Rust – Server Maintenance – Can I hide my server from public list

Without using additional tools which have not been tested, it is not possible to hide your server from the public listings in the game.
However a tip to hide your server or make it harder to locate would be to insert random / foreign characters at the start of the server name such as: *-&^%$£?
